L’antica storia narra la presenza di tre meravigliose fanciulle metà donna e metà pesce, Ligeia, Leucosia, Partenope, che con il loro canto dolce ed avvolgente, ipnotizzavano i naviganti fino a provocarne il naufragio contro le scogliere. Il tour della durata di circa 3 ore, per un massimo di 4 persone, vi condurrà attraverso luoghi intrisi di storia e mito, i “Bagni della Regina Giovanna” una spettacolare piscina naturale, racchiusa tra la spiaggia rocciosa e le scogliere calcaree di Sorrento, collegata al mare da un caratteristico arco naturale. Quest'oasi marina deve il suo nome a Giovanna d’Angiò, la leggendaria regina di Napoli, che ne prediligeva le acque color smeraldo per la posizione nascosta e protetta e dove incontrava i suoi giovani amanti. Procedendo in direzione Punta Campanella avrete la possibilità di fare un tuffo nella “baia di Puolo” e rinfrescarsi nei pressi di Punta Lagno sotto le gelide acque della “Cascatella”, un rivolo d’acqua che finisce direttamente in mare sgorgando tra le rocce a diversi metri d’altezza. D’obbligo è la sosta nella “Cala di Mitigliano”, un’ampia e amena baia dal mare cristallino, affacciata sull’isola di Capri. Infine, Punta Campanella, dove sono visibili ancora oggi i resti del Tempio di Atena, costruito da Ulisse, come ringraziamento alla dea per aver superato l’ostacolo in quel tratto di mare così bello, ma così pericoloso perché infestato dalle sirene.
