There are also possibilities to rent a paddle board for 50 per day. Fins, ...

Christophe qui lui nous a bien accueilli au départ nous a très bien expliqué le fonctionnement du bateau, et donné quelques conseils de navigation pour rendre la journée parfaite et sans mauvaise surprise. Il nous aide même aux manoeuvres d'appareillage et d'accostage (vu l'emplacement très étroit sur le quai).
Bien qu'un petit incident soit survenu avec la chaîne de l'ancre qui était cassée (certainement la faute à un mauvais usage d'un précédent locataire qui n'a pas pris le temps de le mentionner) Steven est venu avec un autre bateau sur place pour réparer au plus vite ce problème.
Nous avons consommé pour 80 € de carburant en naviguant raisonnablement ( entre 15 et 25 noeuds en moyenne) pour faire le tour des îles du Lérins et profiter des côtes de l'Esterel.
Je recommande donc fortement ce bateau ainsi que Steven qui a su rendre notre journée magnifique.

Contacté au dépourvu la veille vers 20h00, suite à une location annulée par ailleurs pour cause de panne moteur auprès d'un autre loueur (pas de chance, ça peut arriver), Steven a su répondre favorablement à notre demande, avec enthousiasme et en nous rassurant sur la réservation. Il a été très précis dans les réponses apportées à nos questions, et honnête sur ses propositions.
Le jour J, tout s'est déroulé au mieux : ponctualité aux RDV (check-in/out), clarté et sourire dans les explications, complétude dans les informations données, disponibilité par téléphone dans la journée. Au retour, il a pu volontiers prêt un coup de main bienvenu lors de la manoeuvre finale d'accostage ;-).
Le bateau lui-même était en excellent état, plaisant à la navigation, bien équipé, spacieux pour 7 adultes, et raisonnable à la consommation d'essence.
Je recommande les services de Steven, et n'hésiterai pas à en profiter à nouveau, d'autant qu'il dispose d'autres bateaux.
Également, mes félicitations à Samboat (et en particulier Christophe), site que j'utilisais pour la première fois : leur service client a été remarquable, avec un suivi personnalisé par téléphone puis SMS afin de solutionner au plus vite notre location annulée la veille, avec pour souci la satisfaction de toutes les parties concernées. L'opération de remplacement a été transparente et sans effort de notre part, au-delà de nos attentes. Bravo !
