The boat hire was so easy to organise online as they are very responsive. Great guys who handed over the boat to us, really friendly! One thing I would watch out for is the fuel charge. We had a smallest boat for 2 hours and was charged 50 euros (in cash) which obviously adds quite a bit to the cost. It felt a bit expensive so I’d maybe agree this BEFORE taking the boat. We weren’t too bothered paying it as it felt like a bit of a tip to the guys, but if you are watching how much you are spending you would need to be aware of this. We would still do it again.

Even one star is too much. We were a family of 4 with two children, one of whom was 2 years old. We had booked from 15 to 19 and we had to wait an hour in the sun without any answers, it was terrible! Sad for the employee who had to take all the crap as his boss couldn't speak English to us and didn't consider us as he was busy enjoying his lunch 20 meters away from us. We got the boat after an hour with no life lost, petrol spilled all over the boat!! We still feel sick today from the smell. If the wife hadn't asked to cancel and then get all the money back, we wouldn't have been compensated, but she refused to hope and demanded to get the money back and THEN they compensated us with an extra hour, which we didn't want as we had other plans. Our suggestion was not to pay for the petrol and after many back and forths we got the petrol for free. With an hour less. Never again this boat! recommend booking on the spot as they are very good at fiddling and being deceived, no guarantee even though you have paid!

Även en stjärna är för mycket. Vi var en familj på 4 med två barn varav en 2 åring. Vi hade bokat från 15 till 19 och vi fick vänta en timme i solen utan några svar, det var hemskt! Tråkigt för den anställde som fick ta all skit då hans chef inte kunde prata engelska med oss och inte tog hänsyn till oss då han var upptagen med att njuta av sin lunch 20 meter bort från oss. Vi fick båten efter en timme utan nån liv väst, bensin spilld över hela båten!! Vi mår illa än idag av lukten. Hade inte frun bett om att avboka och då alla pengarna tillbaka så hade vi inte blivit kompenserade, men hon vägrade hoppas på och krävde att få pengarna tillbaka och DÅ kompenserade de oss med en timme extra, vilket vi inte ville då vi hade andra planer. Vårt förslag var att inte betala bensinen och efter många om och men fick vi bensinen gratis. Med en timme mindre. Aldrig mer denna båt! rekommenderar att boka på plats då de är väldigt duktiga på fiffla och luras, ingen garanti trots att man betalat!

Everything went well. Booked online in advance and had to pay in advance (credit card). Difficult but finally done. Received boat and instructions at agreed location. Furthermore, of course, sign the contract and set sail. It is assumed that you still have to pay contact if you have paid 25 euros per hour. Speak good English.

Alles is goed verlopen. Vooraf online geboekt en vooruit moeten betalen (creditcard). Lastig maar uiteindelijk wel gedaan. Op afgesproken plaats boot en instructie gekregen. Verder nog contract uiteraard getekend en varen maar. Wel vanuit gaan dat je contact zon 25 euro per uur betaald nog moet betalen. Spreken goed Engels.

Everything was perfect. Very well laid out boat with its awning. You can easily lie down on the bench seat for 2 or even 3 if you have children. Breathtaking landscape. In 2 hours we go to torturo. If you want Bellagio there it's at least 4 hours.

Tout était parfait. Bateau très bien agencé avec son auvent. On peut s'allonger aisément sur la banquette à 2 voire 3 si enfants. Paysage à couper le souffle. En 2h on va jusqu'à torturo. Si vous souhaitez Bellagio là c'est au moins 4h.
