Please note that no pets are allowed on board! The "La Mare Apart EL" is a modern houseboat which offers enough space for a relaxing holiday on 35m². You enter the 13.60 meter long and 4.50 meter wide houseboat from the stern and find a storage room on the port side. There is enough space in this to store some of your things on the shelves. Further on the port side there are 2 bathrooms. In the first bathroom you will find the electric toilet and a washbasin. The second bathroom is equipped with a large shower and sink. In addition, underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth and warm feet. The 2 sleeping areas are located on the starboard side. Each bedroom has 1 large double bed with a bed box (160x200) and a wardrobe. Through the large floor-to-ceiling windows you can enjoy the hustle and bustle in the harbor or the sunrise in the morning. In the front area you will find enough space for living and eating. The living and dining area is stylishly furnished and also has underfloor heating. A large kitchen with many extras, such as a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Delonghi Nespresso capsule machine, leaves nothing to be desired. A comfortable couch invites you to relax and unwind. If desired, this can be converted into a sleeping bed for 2 additional people. The current blockbusters, series or sporting events can be watched on the large TV. Musical entertainment is also provided. This means you can play your favorite music from Spotify using the iPad on board. Another special feature is the electric fireplace! This ensures a special feel-good atmosphere on board. The lower 9m² terrace and the 25m² roof terrace provide relaxation. Here you can let your gaze wander over the water and enjoy the feeling of freedom on the water! The innovative concept allows you comfort and independence thanks to solar energy and inverters. The hot water heating combined with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a great vacation even in autumn and winter. Maneuver your houseboat in the harbor, assisted by the built-in bow and stern thruster. Find the most beautiful anchorages that remain hidden to others with our anchoring system specially developed for houseboats. Toilet and sink. Rear terrace with outboard motors, gas locker and swimming ladder. The bow terrace with table and chairs is ideally accessible through the spacious patio doors. Ihr betretet das 13,60 Meter lange und 4,50 Meter breite Hausboot vom Heck und findet auf der Backbordseite einen Abstellraum. In diesem ist genügend Platz, um einige eurer Sachen in den Regalen zu verstauen. Weiter auf der Backbordseite gibt es 2 Badezimmer. Im ersten Badezimmer findet ihr das elektrische WC und einen Waschtisch vor. Das zweite Badezimmer ist mit einer großen Dusche und einem Waschbecken ausgestattet. Zusätzlich sorgt eine Fußbodenheizung für angenehme Wärme und warme Füße. Auf der Steuerbordseite sind die 2 Schlafbereiche untergebracht. Jedes Schlafzimmer besitzt 1 großes Doppelbett mit einem Bettkasten (160x200) und einen Kleiderschrank. Durch die großen bodentiefen Fenster könnt ihr das Treiben im Hafen oder den Sonnenaufgang am Morgen genießen. Im vorderen Bereich findet ihr ausreichend Platz zum Wohnen und Essen. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt ebenfalls über eine Fußbodenheizung. Eine große Küche mit vielen Extras, wie zum Beispiel Gaskocher, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und Kapselmaschine Delonghi Nespresso lassen keine Wünsche offen. Eine bequeme Couch lädt zum Entspannen und Relaxen ein. Diese kann auf Wunsch zu einem Schlafbett für 2 weitere Personen umgebaut werden. Auf dem großen TV können die aktuellen Blockbuster, Serien oder Sportevents geschaut werden. Für musikalische Unterhaltung ist ebenso gesorgt. So könnt ihr über das an Bord befindliche iPad eure Lieblingsmusik von Spotify abspielen. Eine weitere Besonderheit ist der elektrische Kamin! Dieser sorgt für eine besondere Wohlfühlatmosphäre an Bord. Für Entspannung sorgen die untere 9m² große Terrasse, als auch die 25m² große Dachterrasse. Hier könnt ihr den Blick über das Wasser schweifen lassen und das Gefühl von Freiheit auf dem Wasser genießen! Die Warmwasserheizung in Verbund mit der Isolation verschafft euch selbst im Herbst und Winter, die Möglichkeit für einen großartigen Urlaub.
