• It is the same boat, for the same rental dates, and with a departure from the same port.

An online platform like ours must ensure security at every step of your journey. When you choose SamBoat, you are in good hands from your first interaction with our platform.

• Every owner adding a boat to our platform is systematically contacted by a dedicated team.
• Financial transactions are handled by our banking partners, namely Stripe and MangoPay.
• The solvency of our rental partners is meticulously evaluated, and in case of financial default by one of them, we undertake to fully reimburse you.
• For increased peace of mind, you have the option to subscribe to the insurance offered by our partner insurers, covering the possibilities of cancellation and disaster.

You are not required to pay the full amount of your rental immediately after online confirmation, especially if you make your reservation in advance.

Our platform automatically provides a payment schedule for rentals that meet the following criteria:

• The start date of the rental is in over two months.
• The rental amount exceeds 500 euros.

Our sales team will be available to discuss with you and set the collection dates.

If the banking delays allow it, we can also offer you the possibility of making the payment by bank transfer.

Our experts are available to assist you six days a week to help you achieve your projects.
