You can withdraw at any time before the start of the trip. The receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by MARA1ONE is decisive.
We recommend declaring your withdrawal in writing. In the event of your withdrawal, MARA1ONE can demand compensation from the travel price for the travel
arrangements already made up to the 90th day before the start of the journey 35%, from the 89th - 45th day before the start of the journey 50%, from the 44th
day to the start of the journey 100% of the travel price. In the event of non-appearance, the full travel price can be requested if the organizer cannot obtain a
refund from the service providers. Until the start of the journey, the traveler can demand that a third party take over the rights and obligations arising from the
travel contract instead of him. The tour operator can object to the entry of the third party if they do not meet the special travel requirements or their participation is
contrary to legal or official orders. We charge a processing fee of € 150.00 for this. In the case of brokered contracts (charter, berth charter, etc.), the conditions of
