About Lagoon 46 (2023) 'Rope the Wind '

The Lagoon 46 catamaran reinforces the fundamentals that have made Lagoon a leader in catamaran sailing. The sails are easily hoisted and unfurled with electric winches. The Lagoon 46 catamaran reinforces the fundamentals that have made Lagoon a leader in catamaran sailing. The sails are easily hoisted and unfurled with electric winches. Together with a shorter boom and a self-tacking jib, the Lagoon 46 allows you to trim the mainsheet car through an electrical Flatwinder for very easy sail trim. A larger sail plan increases the sail area/displacement ratio and the mast is moved aft in line providing a very high aspect ratio. VPLP Design’s office accomplished the perfect balance between different living spaces. The wide transoms allow practical and safe access to the sea. There are modular cockpits located at the stern, the bow and on the flybridge so this yacht has room for all your friends and family whether you are at sail, looking to catch some sun or would rather stay cool in the shade. With access from either side, the flybridge is designed for both manoeuvring and relaxing. The centre helm station with a full large helm hard top offers protection and visibility. The large sash bow window gives a great connection between the front cockpit and the saloon. Designed by Nauta design, the interior of the Lagoon 46 embraces a refined, elegant, and functional style. The owner suite is generous and has an island bed for optimal comfort. The other cabins also adopt impressive volumes, in particular the front cabin where the bed is now as comfortable and spacious as the aft cabins. She also comes with a saloon conversion meaning there’s space for everyone. Each cabin has its own electric head and separate shower unit. Careful finishings and interior lighting make living-aboard relaxing and comfortable, while her underwater lights make her even more magical after dark. She’s also fitted with a 75 Yeti Cooler, multiple refrigerators, an ice maker and complementary can Koozies.
