Very disappointing experience with Brava Charter, complaint filed with SamBoat. In summary: very poorly maintained boat, overpriced obligatory cleaning even though the boat was dirty during check-in, friendly skipper but refusing to go sailing (sailing all week under motor), contacts at Brava Charter not at all listening, no help on the navigation plan.
Expérience avec Brava Charter très décevante, réclamation déposée auprès de SamBoat. En résumé: bateau très mal entretenu, ménage obligatoire hors de prix alors que le bateau était sale lors du check-in, skipper sympathique mais refusant de faire de la voile (navigation toute la semaine au moteur) , interlocuteurs chez Brava Charter pas du tout à l'écoute, aucune aide sur la plan de navigation.
