The Fountaine Pajot Astréa 42 demonstrates the boatyard’s commitment to innovation while preserving the classic identity of the Fountaine Pajot sailing catamarans’ range. Her inverted bows, the new signature mark of the range, give the boat an elegant and dynamic line while offering incomparable interior space. The Fountaine Pajot Astréa 42 was conceived and designed to facilitate free-flowing movement throughout the boat, as well as link the helm station with the interior and exterior living spaces whilst underway or at anchor. The coach roof features a double seat at the helm station and a built-in sun lounger for enjoying idyllic days together. An electric winch makes hoisting the fathead main a piece of cake. With a 30-gallon per hour watermaker, you do not need to stress about rationing water, go ahead and enjoy that long shower after every dip of the day! The incredibly comfortable saloon has been designed with expansive panoramic windows that bathe the interior in natural light. Her U-shaped galley transitions seamlessly with the cockpit courtesy of a large sliding door. This Astrea has the owner’s layout, with a stateroom and en-suite head and shower occupying the entire starboard hull. There are two double cabins with en suites on the port side. This yacht also benefits from a single/crew cabin port forward, and the saloon area also converts into a double bed. Of course, there is a generator and air conditioning throughout.
