Cancellation Policy: Personalised

The Charterer agrees that if they decide to cancel the charter for any reason, except that of
Force Majeure, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
If full rental fee has already been paid and charter is cancelled or postponed in a period up to 5 working days prior
to charter date, the charterer is granted the right to rebook WITH A PENALTY or REBOOKING FEE of 10% of the
charter rate within a 4-month period, during which a new date can be chosen, depending on the yacht's availability.
If full rental fee has already been paid and charter is cancelled or postponed in a period less than 5 working days
to charter date, the charterer is granted the right to rebook WITH A PENALTY OR REBOOKING FEE of 25% of the
charter rate within a 4-month period, during which a new date can be chosen, depending on the yacht's availability.
Failure to rebook an available date from the charterer will allow us to forfeit the full charter fee.
