From the very beginning, everything about our experience with Ruben was flawless. The communication leading up to the trip was fantastic - friendly, and super helpful. Finding the meeting point was a breeze thanks to his detailed instructions, and we felt confident and excited well before we even set foot on the boat.
We were warmly greeted with drinks and snacks, instantly setting the tone for a day of pure luxury and relaxation. The boat was exactly as advertised - beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Ruben and his crew were not only professional but genuinely welcoming and easygoing, giving us the flexibility to shape the day just how we wanted.
