Dufour 24 - 1980

Very good and welcome. Boat which certainly marks its age a bit, but perfect for a family outing on the lake. Good sensations, when the breeze rises, while remaining manageable solo or with an inexperienced crew member.

Très bien et bon accueil. Bateau qui certes marque un poil son âge, mais parfait pour une balade en famille sur le lac. Bonnes sensations, quand la brise se lève, tout en restant maniable solo ou avec un équipier peu expérimenté.

Super welcome from Stéphanie and Alain who arranged so that the very low level of the lake in this historic drought did not bother us too much, by moving the boat from its mooring at the Mercantine port. The boat is certainly old, but that is part of its charm. Equipped very correctly, it has all the qualities for navigation on Lake Vouglans: we were able to test it in very very calm weather (first part of the day) as well as with an increasingly strong wind (end of the day) where it showed fairly reassuring behavior (even if it showed a certain inertia in coming back upwind). We will come back.

Super accueil de Stéphanie et Alain qui se sont arrangés pour que le très bas niveau du lac en cette sécheresse historique ne nous gène pas trop, en déplaçant le bateau de son attache au port de la Mercantine. Le bateau est certes ancien, mais cela fait un peu partie de son charme. Équipé très correctement, il présente toute les qualités pour la navigation sur le lac de Vouglans: nous avons pu le tester par temps très très calme (première partie de journée) comme avec un vent de plus en plus fort (fin de journée) où il a fait preuve d'un comportement assez rassurant (même s'il montre une certain inertie à revenir au près). On reviendra.

Stephanie and Alain are very friendly. The takeover and return of the boat was uncomplicated and worked out well. Alain even drove along spontaneously for a while, gave us a briefing on the boat and lots of tips. The boat is a bit older but everything works. It's great for spending some time on the water and looking at this beautiful lake from the water. We enjoyed it, many thanks to Stephanie and Alain!

Stephanie und Alain sind sehr freundlich. Die Übernahme und Abgabe des Bootes war unkompliziert und hat prima geklappt. Alain ist sogar spontan ein Weilchen mitgefahren, hat uns eine Einweisung in das Boot und viele Tipps gegeben. Das Boot ist zwar etwas älter aber alles funktioniert. Es ist prima geeignet um etwas Zeit auf dem Wasser zu verbringen und sich diesen schönen See vom Wasser aus anzusehen. Wir haben es genossen, vielen Dank an Stephanie und Alain!

Accueil et séjour parfait

Nous avons passé en famille une très belle journée à Vouglans sur le bateau d'Alain. Le lac est un formidable plan de navigation, complètement adapté au Dufour 24. Et quel bonheur de naviguer au milieu des montagnes du Jura ! Nous avons fait une sortie à la journée. Mais la prochaine fois, nous reviendrons pour 2 ou 3 jours, car il y a des criques sympas à explorer et ou mouiller le bateau et aller nager ! Alain est sa femme sont très accueillants et très sympas. Ils ont pris le temps de nous présenter le bateau et se sont adaptés à nos horaires. Nous avions navigués sur plusieurs voiliers, mais jamais sur Dufour 24. C'est un voilier ancien mais très bien construit. Il est bien entretenu par Alain. Il offre un cockpit et espace intérieur très logeable et agréable. Toute la famille s'est régalée !
