BOAT DESCRIPTION The Prestige M48 motor catamaran is a new boat from 2024. It offers the spaces of a classic sailing catamaran and the motorization and comfort of a yacht, without the clutter of sails (6 meters wide, more than a 20-meter yacht!). EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION The catamaran has ample internal and external spaces. The FLYBRIDGE, about 25 sqm, is free from the clutter of sails, with a generous hardtop (housing solar panels), barbecue, fridge, sink, and C-shaped sofa around a table for up to 10 people. Teak-covered Fly deck. The AFT COCKPIT accommodates a C-shaped sofa for 8 people, also suitable for dining for up to 12. The sofa can be shaded thanks to 3 side tents. There is also an ICEMAKER and a locker serving as an icebox. The cockpit extends with the beach area, forming almost a single area. It has 2 large lockers and a hangar accessible from both the cockpit and the beach area. The BEACH AREA also serves as a tender lift to comfortably lower the 3.25-meter tender with 20 hp (5 people) to the sea. Includes a convenient fixed carbon fiber shower. 2 SEABOB FS5 with quick-charger for 1h are available. INTERNAL DESCRIPTION The galley in the dinette overlooks the cockpit, facilitating the service. The U-shaped kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and sink. The DINETTE (22 sqm) houses a large internal sofa and a secondary steering station (in addition to the one on the flybridge), with a 50-inch TV rotatable by 180° to serve both the cockpit and the dinette. The SLEEPING AREA hosts 3 cabins for guests and 2 external cabins for the crew. The OWNER'S CABIN at the bow is a 18 sqm suite (5 meters wide), with a King Size double bed (180 x 200), a single bed (80 x 200), and a desk. Serving the cabin: 2 bathrooms, 2 independent air conditioning systems, and a 32" TV. The VIP CABIN occupies the starboard hull with 2 single beds (80x200) convertible into a double bed (160x200). The GUEST CABIN occupies the port hull with the same configuration as the VIP. Each cabin has a private bathroom with shower and autonomous air conditioning.

Offre gli spazi di un classico catamarano a vela e la motorizzazione e il comfort di uno yacht, senza gli ingombri delle vele (largo 6 metri, più di uno yacht da 20 metri!). ️ ️ DESCRIZIONE ESTERNI Il catamarano ha ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Il FLY, di circa 25 mq, è libero dagli ingombri delle vele, con hard top generoso (ospita pannelli solari), barbecue, frigo, lavandino e divano a C attorno a un tavolo per cenare fino a 10 persone. Fly deck ricoperto in Teak. Il POZZETTO a POPPA ospita un divano a C per 8 persone, adatto anche per cenare fino a 12. Il divano può stare all’ombra grazie a 3 tende laterali. C'è anche un ICEMAKER e un gavone che funge da ghiacciaia. Il pozzetto si estende con la spiaggetta (beach area), formando quasi un’unica area. Dispone di 2 ampi gavoni e un hangar accessibile sia dal pozzetto che dalla spiaggetta. La SPIAGGETTA fa anche da tender lift per scendere comodamente a mare il tender da 3,25 metri con 20 cv (5 persone). Include una comoda doccetta fissa in carbonio. La DINETTE (22 mq) ospita un largo divano interno e una postazione di guida secondaria (oltre a quella sul fly), con TV da 50 pollici ruotabile di 180° per servire sia il pozzetto che la dinette. La ZONA NOTTE ospita 3 cabine per gli ospiti e 2 cabine esterne per l'equipaggio. La CABINA ARMATORIALE a prua è una suite di 18 mq (larga 5 metri), con letto matrimoniale King Size (180 x 200), letto singolo (80 x 200) e scrivania. A servizio della cabina: 2 bagni, 2 impianti autonomi di aria condizionata e TV 32". La CABINA VIP occupa lo scafo di dritta con 2 letti singoli (80x200) trasformabili in letto matrimoniale (160x200). La CABINA OSPITI occupa lo scafo di sinistra con la stessa configurazione della VIP. Ogni cabina ha bagno privato con doccia e climatizzatore autonomo.
