They are nice and helpful and great to charter a boat from

Lefkada: Nydri, Sivota. Meganissi, Ithaca

Im Vorfeld sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles erfolgte wie besprochen (Taxi zum Hotel, 2 Tage später vom Hotel zur Basis und von dort zum Airport). Übergabe recht straff, mit Hinweis auf vorhandene, kleinere Schäden. Danach Zeit genug, um alles zu checken. Alle Tanks voll und Yacht war blitzsauber. Erklärungen waren ok. Auch Propellerdrehung war dabei. Segel hatten wir überprüft, sowie Anker und Ausstattung. Bei dem Checkout wurde das Unterwasserschiff ratzfatz abgetaucht. Währenddessen hatte ich 2,3 kleinere Mängel mitgeteilt. Alles ohne Stress erledigt. Freigabe danach ohne Mängel. Wassertanks wurden von einem Mitarbeiter gefüllt und Diesel am Ponton direkt bezahlt (Tankwagen). Alles in allem: Gutes Personal. Günter Bieroth-Kromer

pretty good equipment, 5 year old trawler not very new but well maintained and we knew the age of the boat so no problem. But the customer contact was deplorable. The people at Ionian Catamaran have very little respect, are sometimes very rude and treat their customers like cattle. They leave us with a very unpleasant impression and it's a shame because this sailing site is magnificent. For them everything revolves around business and even when we make this remark to them on the way back they resolve it by reimbursing us part of the early boarding of 180 e (moreover a scam because we left at 8:15 p.m. instead of 2 p.m.) and by making us sign a compensation waiver.. .never seen that! but no apology, nothing... boors without a soul. this agency is to be avoided despite their good technical service.

plutôt bon matériel, trawler de 5 ans pas très neuf mais bien entretenu et on savait l age du bateau donc pas de problème. Mais le contact client a été déplorable. Les gens de Ionian Catamaran ont très peu de respect, sont parfois très impolis et traitent leurs clients comme du betail. Ils nous laissent une impression très désagréable et c est dommage car ce site de navigation est magnifique. Pour eux tout tourne autour du business et même quand au retour on leur fait cette remarque ils la résolvent en nous remboursant une partie de l embarquement anticipé de 180 e ( par ailleurs une arnaque car nous sommes partis a 20h15 au lieu de 14h ) et en nous faisant signer une décharge de compensation.. .jamais vu ça ! mais aucune excuse, rien...des rustres sans état d ame. cette agence est à éviter malgré leur bonne prestation technique.
