Israel Bard (Founder/ Chairman) I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and from a young age, I've always been drawn to handling projects and excelling in business. After relocating to Miami, I shifted my focus to the yachting industry, and I quickly discovered my passion for bringing people together and creating a prestigious brand. With this passion in mind, I founded Regal Yachting, and within the first year, I successfully transformed my company into one of the most popular yacht charter companies in Miami, managing ten yachts to date.
