We would like to point out that the fuel cost (€250.00 and not €350.00) also includes additional costs such as on-board staff and soft drinks that are offered to guests. In the descriptions and contracts it is also widely specified that navigation will take place not exceeding 10 knots as they are 600 cc petrol engines. We regret the two stars received given the efforts made to find you an alternative boat to the one originally booked (much smaller and clearly at a lower price) in addition to the hospitality shown by the staff on board. - LisaDisappointing! A fairly expensive rental (€900) + least luxurious for a 3 ½ hour tour of Monopoli.They were unskilled + couldn’t even pick a place to meet. We spent ½ hour looking (+€20 to water taxi). They deducted the time from our tour. The boat was lovely but mostly inaccessible to us- the bathroom etc.. No frills. Not a fun team. The cost of the tour together with the route, is agreed at the time of booking as well as being present on the portal in question and therefore visible. The on-board staff is highly selected and qualified in order to guarantee an excellent stay on board and above all safety, we are not entertainers in a tourist village. The meeting point had been assigned but ignored by yourselves. You asked to be picked up from a quay where mooring of any kind is prohibited. The rules of the sea cannot be made by the customer. We want to guarantee a safe and law-proof service, even at the cost of having to disregard requests, or rather, in your case, the claims of incorrect and rude customers.
