The boats are as advertised, for which I give them full marks. However, we also booked a skipper and a cook through Rumbo Norte and this was not really to our satisfaction. The selection of our cook in particular probably only deserves very few points. Unfortunately, I was not consistent enough.

Die Boote sind so wie angeboten, für das gebe ich die volle Punktzahl. Allerdings hatten wir zusätzlich einen Skipper und eine Köchin über Rumbo Norte gebucht und dies war nich wirklich zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Insbesondere die Auswahl unserer Köchin hat wohl nur ganz wenige Punkte verdient. Leider war ich nicht konsequent genug.

They are dishonest. I will never rent again from this company which is sneaky. They charge me €700 to repair a breakdown that they blame on me. They don't tell me about it when I'm there, they take the deposit of €4,000, already it's astonishing, one imprint is generally enough and only gives me €3,300 back when I get home. While they did say goodbye to us kindly but without addressing this invoice which I dispute. I have been renting catamarans all over the world for 30 years, I have never experienced something so twisted. They intend to complete the rental with this CA which does not go to the owner. I think they are dishonest.

Ils sont malhonnêtes. Je ne relouerai jamais dans cette entreprise qui est sournoise. Ils me facture 700 € une réparation d'une panne qu'ils m'imputent. Ils ne m'en parlent pas quand je suis là bas, ils prélèvent la caution de 4 000 €, déjà c'est étonnant, une empreinte suffit généralement et ne me rende que 3 300€ quand je suis rentré chez moi. Alors qu'ils nous ont bien dit au revoir aimablement mais sans aborder cette facture que je conteste. Je loue depuis 30 ans des catamarans dans le monde entier, je n'ai jamais vécu un truc aussi tordu. Ils ont l'intention de compléter la location par ce CA qui ne va pas au propriétaire. je les pense malhonnêtes.

TERRIBLE. They delivered the boat without having the anchor chain marked, with the winch malfunctioning and with the galley light not working. The next day they solved it in 3 hours, without even apologizing, but upon my return they had the audacity to withhold 216 Euros from me for delivering the boat at 7:25 p.m. instead of 6:00 p.m. EMBARRASSING !!! DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!

PESIMA. Entregaron el barco sin tener marcada la cadena del ancla, con el malacate funcionando mal y con la luz de cocina sin funcionar. Al dia siguiente lo solucionaron en 3 horas, sin siquiera pedir disculpas, pero a mi regreso tuvieron la desfachatez de reternerme 216 Euros por entregar el barco a las 19:25 en lugar de las 18:00 hrs. MUY VERGONZOSO !!! GENTE DESHONESTA !!!
