BVI Yacht Charters was friendly and accommodating--particular shout out to their VERY nice office staff. They were responsive to service calls (had to take the main sail off due to multiple tears). We were disappointed that the boat did not match the images on the rental website (sun deck cushions were all missing) and the mainsail evidenced repeated repairs (patched tears) that re-tore--materially limiting our ability to sail for ~3 days

Extremely good on the BVI Charters end of things. We received a very clean, functional and well equipped boat with service and professionalism which exceeded our expectations. The SamBoat part of the experience was largely good as well but they used Stock photos and slightly misrepresented the boat on offer. It let to us getting a tiller instead of the steering wheel we were expecting.
