Dans votre offre vous nous avez pésenté le bateau Hanse 418 (Schrimp) de 2020 Multihull nou a fourni un Hanse 418( Hena) de 2016. Après une journée une des toilettes était cassé et on a du attendre une journée dans un port pour la réparation. La fermenture de l'entrée du bateau fonctionait pas toujours; En plus le frigidaire de l'extérieur ne fonctionait pas. Pas moyen de le réparer avont notre départ.

We had a good vacation and would come back to this ship. Not 5 stars because: Dinghy was loosing air and engine was hard/not to operate. There was almost not one rope without serious damage on board. Level of freshwater in the tanks was not displayed (probably defect sensor). Anchor winch was very slow and fuse was flipping easily. (Maybe the mechanic was having resistence?)

Quick check-in. Good welcome. Clean boat but Loceanis 46.1 was not very well equipped. No electric winch for the main sail which was difficult to hoist. The mainsail sheet was constantly twisting. No length mark on the chain.

Check in rapide . Bon accueil. Bateau propre mais loceanis 46.1 netait pas tres bien équipé. Pas de winch électrique pour la grand voike qui etait difficile à hisser . Lecoute de GV se tordait sans arrêt. Pas de marque de longueur sur la chaine.

Okiroi was a great yacht and the Multihull Yachting staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a technical problem on one of the islands and within 24 hours they had shipped out and fitted a spare part so there was no impact to our holiday.

No worries, very professional my contact at Samboat... on the other hand the Cata Astrea 42 rented in Greece was far, far from its so-called announced performance...

Aucuns soucis, très pro mon interlocuteur chez Samboat... par contre le Cata Astrea 42 loué en Grece était loin très loin de sa soit disante prestation annoncée...
