Engine oil at minimum level. Oil in engine bilge. Insufficient mooring line. Punctured dinghy and broken pump. VHF radio without manual. Refrigerator without gas, it didn't cool, we threw away food or bought ice. Oven with problems. Bathroom toilet drain did not work. Broken bathroom door. Bathing platform ladder did not correspond to the boat. EMU promised compensation and did not do so. Positive: candles OK

Frigorífico sin gas, no enfriaba, tiramos comida o compramos hielo. Horno con problemas. Desagüe de inodoro baño no funcionaba. Puerta baño rota. Escalera plataforma de baño no correspondía al barco. EMU prometió resarcimiento y no lo hizo. Positivo: velas OK
