Easy but thorough check-in process; friendly helpful staff, enabling departure on 1st day if preferred. Yacht in good condition and well equipped. Comms using (Contact information hidden) helpful.

Très bonne équipe, très agréable. A signaler toutefois un problème de toilette récalcitrant qui était sans doute dû à un manque de préparation de la première location

Checkin and Checkout took much to long (checkin started only at 17:30 even if promised to start at 16:00 and took 2.5h, for the checkout we arrived early at 15:00 but finished only at 19:30)! Further, because we used diesel instead of gas for the outboard (canisters are not labeled!) it was they kept a deposit of 500 Euro security deposit but gave a quote for the repair of about 80 Euro and promised to give me the final cost last saturday. Which did not happen until now. Furthermore the self tacking jib was working and we had to move all the time the carriage by hand. Other, minor damages on the boat: - Light in the forward starboard bathroom was not working - The gas spring on the cover for the stairs to the bathing platform was missing and the cover could not be fixed in place. - The spare diesel canister was leaking and dripping into the back box. - Port Cockpit Speaker was not working. - An alarm was constantly triggered for a battery that was not even installed.

The ship was handed over with defective electrical equipment - the charter company Hermes was aware of this. All the lighting, refrigerator and NAVIGATION including POSITION LIGHTS failed up to 10 times a day. This was particularly annoying/dangerous because this also affected the anchor light. The dinghy hose was leaking on one side. The crew at the charter base were friendly and - as far as technically possible - helpful during the handover and takeover.

We didn't take into account that it is Easter in Greece and berths are therefore scarce.
