- RubySpecially rented a more expensive boat for a good sound system. However, this turned out to be badly affected by the seawater and the instruction video provided was for a completely different system. After reporting this, we received no response. As a result, we were unable to use the sound system that had been paid for all day. At the end of the day, we reported this problem to the lessor and the owner of the boat, this complaint was again not taken seriously and the owner did not cooperate in any way to find a suitable solution. A shame not to be taken seriously with a problem. In short, paying for a complete boat and only receiving a part. Owner not willing to cooperate in finding a suitable solution. Owner of the boat shifts the blame to the lessor (who was not aware of how this system worked). Not satisfied with the completeness of the service, complaint handling and owner of the boat.ÁlvaroThe boat's sound system is not broken, you just have to connect it with the mobile's Bluetooth. All our clients have been able to enjoy the sound without any problem. We send you an informative video about how the connection works, we cannot provide any other solutions to this. What disappoints us is seeing how there are people who, after enjoying a spectacular day on a 10-star boat at a very low price, want to ask for a refund at the end of the experience because they do not know how to connect the sound. We hope not to meet clients like that in the future.

- JoergNice boat, but the handover was a bit hectic as there were no English speaking staff. There was no sound system to be found, but our expectations for the day on the boat were met.
