Afternoon with bad sea. The Customer, with a boat license, insists on going out. Simultaneously, other customers went out to sea; an hour later, they returned and were moved to another day, free of charge. Jean-Christophe, on the other hand, continued. By mid-afternoon the sea had gotten worse, so we wrote on whatsapp warning him and that we would help him in case of need. Upon his return, at 19.10 (late), he only knew how to complain:
- "you weren't supposed to let us out", but he chose to do it;
- "the boat was going slowly", and with his license he hadn't lowered the engine;
- "you have to fill up with petrol now", but our boats have an indicator like cars, why fill up immediately?
The truth is that the customer, at the time of payment, had to give us 57 euros, made 20 minutes of noise and then left happy with a discount, paying 50 euros.
Jean-Christophe, invece, continuava.
- "non dovevate farci uscire", ma ha scelto lui di farlo;
- "la barca andava piano", e lui con patente non aveva abbassato il motore;
