    Good reception from Fyly Yachting on our arrival (luggage drop-off while waiting for the boat to be available, complimentary bottle of wine with some treats). At 5:00 p.m., the inventory and handover began with a very unpleasant person (Nikos): He asked us to ask questions only after having toured the boat (inside and out) and when I pointed out things that were wrong, it made him very nervous, almost unbearable, saying: "I have 21 boats to take care of and if this continues, I have until Friday!" The boat had to be returned at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, so we were at the dock at 3:10 p.m. While Nikos was doing the return inventory on the boats that arrived after us, at 7:30 p.m., the base manager offered to postpone it until 9:00 a.m. the next day, apologetically. Which was done with another Nikos, this time, very pleasant. Obviously the attitude of the first Nikos was known, which explains the change of interlocutor.

    On site, Fyly was represented by Archon. The Archon staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and expectations.

    Very efficient service from Fyly at beginning and end of the charter. The boat was generally in good condition. comfortable and suited our party of five in three cabins very well. There were a few relatively minor issues, probably to be expected towards the end of a busy season - one of the heads needed attention (we were warned of this when we boarded) and, more importantly, the boat control panel was not fully functional so we couldn't monitor fuel and water tank levels, and the anchor windlass still didn't work perfectly despite some attention by the Fyly engineer on day 1. Otherwise it was a really good boat for us and we loved the fact that there were some toys (fins, fishing lines etc) left on the boat for our use.

    It is a pity that the boat is not regularly maintained. The charterer, who is otherwise very friendly, had to have someone come and screw the doors and tables back on the right and left. Same problem with the air conditioners that I had to restart. However, there was a big problem with the mainsail halyard block which, being too damaged, did not work... Except for this last point, only small problems that should have been dealt with by standard maintenance.
