The holiday was great and we had a fabulous time. The check in process with Eva was easy. The man who usually showed people over the boat was busy and another man filled in. he was very good and even unblocked one of the heads - left by previous people! He did not know everything to show us however and it led to a few issues during the week - how to remove an airlock in the water system, limited use of bow thrusters before they stopped and had to reset. The electricity on the dock at the marina kept tripping and it was only at the end that they explained there was not enough power on the dock and we could only use a few things at the same time. During the week a nut came off the gangway but I was able to replace it with a spare in the toolkit provided. The spare gas canister was not put on the boat and we had to source a replacement ourselves. Cavo did apologise and reimburse us. Overall the boat was clean and we enjoyed the holiday immensely.

No reception on arrival, no office on site, after several calls our contact came to see us for check-in, after which the technical staff and “Grace” our sales contact caught up and were very friendly. The boat is not well maintained on small details but no breakdowns.

Pas d’accueil à l’arrivée, pas de bureau sur place, après plusieurs appels notre contact est venu nous voir pour le check in, après les personnels techniques et « Grace » notre contact commercial ont rattrapé le coup et furent fort sympathiques. Le bateau pas super entretenu sur des petits détails mais pas de panne.
