The location of a boat without a license didn't happen as we expected. 15 minutes after our departure, the boat's engine stopped and we were stuck in the middle of the sea for about 2h. I tried to call the owner and Marina Bay but no one respond that's why we had to wait 2h on the sea. Finally we were able to navigate only 2h instead of 4, you can also imagine that a refund wasn't possible...
