Übergabe und Rückgabe schnell und unkompliziert. Parkplätze top, alles sauber und gut organisiert. Allerdings wurde bei der Übergabe eine undichte WC-Pumpe übersehen – bei der Rückgabe ging der Gutachter direkt zur Pumpe, was den Eindruck erweckt, dass der Mangel bekannt war. Zudem hat das Großsegel immer wieder geklemmt und das Top-Ankerlicht war defekt. Trotz allem: sonst immer wieder gerne!

Very good! The Croatian coast is magnificent. The boat was in proper working order (a few things were a bit old, but overall everything worked). And we had great technical support: we mistakenly turned the main electrical switch once and blew the windlass fuse. We had a contact that we could call to get help. He always answered very fast and managed to solve our issues in no time. Really appreciated this. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and smooth.

The experience was ok. Just a few little things to improve such the experience of the staff for check-in (the guy did not know the Lagoon) with safety jackets missing, the lack of support at the return (nobody on the dock despite what they announced by phone), the time waiting for someone to come for the check-out, etc. But the general feeling is positive anyway. We had an excellent sailing trip with a nice boat well equipped! Thanks

Das Einchecken ging zügig und war problemlos. Die Technische Übergabe des Bootes konnte nicht vollständig (Groß und Genua Segel konnten aufgrund des starken Windes nicht vorgeführt werden) durchgeführt werden.
