Muchas gracias por tu comentario. Usted miente. Solo se te cobraron 400€ por los daños causados. A los clientes nunca les cobramos por los daños causados en el casco, por golpes en el puerto. Los clientes no tiene la destreza suficiente y es normal que haya colisiones. Las asumimos como algo normal. Usted dio un golpe delante mio, y por ello no le iba a cobrar nada, de la misma forma que a nadie se le cobra. Pero actitud agresiva y el robo de llaves hizo que le restara 400€ de la fianza por el robo de llaves. Llevamos este verano 186 alquileres y no hemos restado ni un solo € de la fianza a ningún cliente pese a haber habido colisiones. De todos modos, usted con su actitud mereció que le restaremos los 1500€ de fianza. No vuelva nunca mas. Y fíjese en los comentario se otros clientes y verá que el grosero es usted.
