Everything was perfect. Especially the skipper, Ramazan, was very professional and exceptionally kind. I would just like to make a comment about the number of days of sailing because we did not understand that the boat had to be in port on Friday afternoon. Everything else was perfect and will leave an unforgettable memory in our minds. Thank you.

J’aurai simplement une remarque sur le nombre de jours de navigation car nous n’avions pas compris que le bateau devait être au port vendredi après midi. Excellent! Rudder&moor are by far the best organized I have seen. Very helpful, very responsive and very friendly. The boat was ready and clean when we arrived at 2:00 p.m. We had a problem with the generator but they did the necessary right away. The return went the same way. Very professional and calm. Excellent! Rudder&moor sont de loin les mieux organisé que j'ai vue. Très serviable, très réactive et très sympathique. Le bateau était prêt et propre à notre arrivé à 14.00h. Nous avons eu un problème avec le générateur mais ils ont tout de suite fait le nécessaire. Le retour se passé de la même manière. Très pro et dans le calme. Merci à tout cette équipe. Florian

Chartered an Oceanis 34.1 in Marmaris. Arrived very late, the boat was open and the lights left on. Elena the base manager very helpful the following morning and checked us in. The yacht was only on its third charter so was all up together. Cruised as far west as Datcha and returned the boat to Fethiye. Olga the base manager there also very helpful during check out. Small boat niggles, no Pilot Book, no cockpit light for evening time and no tea towels. We were hit for 2 hours with 32kt gusts, reducing sail was quick and easy so the whole experience was managable . Olga told us Rudder and Moor is a 4year old company and owns all the boats it charters. I recommend this company.
