La distancia de entre 20 y 30 km (que es lo que marcan nuestros limites) está limitada por los posibles riesgos y el menor tiempo de reacción para solventarlo. También tiene usted que tener en cuenta la comisión de la plataforma, le puedo asegurar que el precio que nosotros percibimos es inferior al contratado en puerto. Hola Fabian, sentimos mucho que la radio no funcionara, el día anterior funcionaba perfectamente, son cosas que no podemos prever. Por otro lado el toldo estaba bien, lo que pasó es que hacia 25 km/h de viento y teniaas que haber salido con el toldo recogido ya que sino hace efecto cometa y por eso se rompió. Te pedimos de nuevo disculpas por todo ello aunque no se se puedan prever. Comunicarte que todo está arreglado y funcionando correctamente. Un abrazo
