Perhaps we just had bad luck but his was a disaster. Booked a boat for 4 days while at an oceanfront rental. Two of 3 different boats they gave us had serious mechanical issues. Had to paddle the first boat in with the Captain while he was showing us around. Ended up with only half a day with a boat and a lot of screwing around. They refused to give us a full refund.
