We arrived at the exit and saw the sea was rough. We asked the skipper and he told us that there would be no problem going out to sail. We were undecided but since we were already there and had paid the €150 reservation fee we decided to listen to the skipper and go out. We went in and the waves were getting stronger and the boat was moving very roughly. One of us started to vomit; she was very seasick and the same with two other friends. Others were scared and asked the skipper if the sea was going to calm down. He told us that the place we were going was calmer. But none of that happened. The rest of us weren't seasick but were very scared. We had to decide for ourselves that it was best to go back. We were there for a total of approximately 1 hour. We felt, in a way, deceived about the state of the sea. If we had been informed that the situation was not going to improve, we would never have gotten on that boat. When we reached dry land, he said to us: 'I'm very sorry for your state, but you have to pay me.' The most expensive hour of our lives and an experience we hope to erase soon.

lamento que exista gente tan maleducada y se falte tan fácil a la verdad, el mar no estaba plano como una piscina porque se eso se trata el mar, pero las condiciones eran normales, la navegación segura y la desicion de abandonar el chárter fue de del cliente y por supuesto que el servicio tiene. que pagarlo al igual que si vas al cine no te gusta la película y decidís irte. espero que Samboat tome medidas con estas reseñas mal intencionadas que solo perjudican a quienes trabajamos en el mar paseando gente que en su vida se subió a un barco y opina este tipo de pavadas. cuando subís a un avión y hay turbulencias también pretendes que te devuelvan la plata ? Absurda!

Very professional and friendly skipper. Magnificent spot. On the other hand, the boat was poorly maintained and very poorly equipped. We had asked if it was possible to cook ourselves but there were no plates/cutlery and the kitchen equipment was in an unacceptable condition. The owner did not want to compensate us even by simply canceling the cleaning fees.

Persona non grata, I have proof of the messages from (Hidden Data) in which they try to extort me and sell me a good review in exchange for 200 euros, I have photos that leave more than enough evidence that they cooked on the boat without any inconvenience, in fact they left an unpresentable mess after making 2 kilos of shrimp..... A SHAME THAT THEY ALLOW THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE TO RUIN THE WORK WE DO DAILY SO THAT OUR CUSTOMERS ALWAYS HAVE A NICE EXPERIENCE ON BOARD. (It is no coincidence that it is the only negative rating we had all season....)

We had an incredible day with the family! Jero and Ro are two excellent people who were attentive to us at every moment of the day and with everything we needed. From boarding until we said goodbye we were having a blast. Thank you very much Fede, Jero and Ro!!! We will repeat without a doubt!!
