When we arrived late on the first day I was surprised there was no welcome pack, a few tea bags, coffee and a bottle of water would have sufficed as it was after 1am when we arrived. However when we got up the next morning the boat was great. The sails were all new as were all the sheets, and as was the engine. The check in was painless. The sailing in the area was as remembered, beautiful... with good winds every day. My only problem with the boat was that the beds were extremely hard, and if I could suggest that the next upgrade could include better mattresses A carrier broke on the 4th day out at sea and the ground crew were very quick to respond and fix it
