le 7 juillet 2024 j'ai loué un bateau à Menorque, port Mahon, Bénéteau Flyer 8 Sundeck, la location n°1179389.
J'ai payé au propriétaire la caution de 1500 euros par carte le matin avant de prendre le bateau.
Après la journée, le soir, en rentrant le propriétaire a trouvé l'hélice endommagée et il a retenu uniquement 1200e sur votre caution(le prix d'hélice).
Depuis l'ouverture du dossier de sinistre j'essaie de contacter le propriétaire en lui demandant la copie des états des lieux de prise de possession du bateau et de restitution du bateau et le rapport de mer accompagné des photos et il réfuse à me les donner.

The boat was delivered to you in perfect condition. You signed a contract specifying that the vessel had no defects (you have a copy). We inspected every part of the boat upon delivery, emphasizing especially the propeller, which, as you could see, was in perfect condition.
Upon our return, you quickly left the boat, saying that everything was perfect and that there were no problems. To our surprise, we saw the propeller with all three blades destroyed. You took photos, both yours and mine. As if that weren't enough, the boat suffered three impacts on the hull, and you burned out the bow thruster motor.
Everyone can have an accident, but trying to hide it is being a bad person.
I hope and wish that the platforms can see the comment.
Fortunately, our seriousness is proven by all the clients who endorse us.
