Cancellation Policy: Personalised
1. Cancelación con un mínimo de 90 días anteriores a la fecha de embarque, se cobrará como gastos de gestión el 25% del importe total del catamarán. Las cantidades que se hayan podido abonar a cuenta en concepto de catering o bebida serán devueltas íntegramente al cliente.
2. Cancelación entre los 90 días y los 30 días anteriores a la fecha de embarque, los gastos de cancelación serán del 50% del importe total de la reserva del catamarán. Las cantidades que se hayan podido abonar a cuenta en concepto de catering o bebida serán devueltas íntegramente al cliente.
3. Cancelación comunicada dentro de los 30 días anteriores a la fecha de embarque, los gastos de cancelación serán del 100% del total de la reserva. Las cantidades entregadas en concepto de catering y bebida serán devueltas íntegramente al cliente.
4. Si la reserva se cancela dentro de los 15 días anteriores a la fecha de embarque, el coste de cancelación será del 100% de la reserva, incluido el importe del catamarán más todos los servicios contratados.
En caso de cancelación por parte de la empresa, por causas meteorológicas adversas (decisión que tomará el capitán de la embarcación), se devolverá el importe total pagado y no habrá gastos de anulación.
