This Beneteau First 30 is a cruiser-racer sailboat, the ideal compromise between cruising comfort, its seafaring qualities having earned it the title of Boat of the Year in 1978! This iconic sailboat has marked generations of boaters and founded the success of the French manufacturer and was then used as a support for the Tour de France à la Voile from 1978 to 1980. Having undergone a major refit in 2025 (re-motorization, new electrical system, standing and running rigging, new genoa and mainsail, new Harken winches, hull and deck in excellent condition...), a survey from late April 2024 already concluded to the excellent navigational condition of the boat despite its age. The replacement of all ropes, the installation of a fridge cooler, an electric windlass in June 2025 further enhance the cruising comfort of this excellent performer. Equipped with a new furling genoa, a semi-battened mainsail, a lazy bag, a new small stove, a thermos compartment, marine toilet... Optional: dinghy and outboard engine. 2 cabins: a forward cabin for 2 people and a simple aft cabin to starboard with also 2 benches over 1.80m each in a fairly spacious saloon due to the frigate hull that characterizes this Mauric design. Skipper-free rentals are subject to a sailing resume and exclusively reserved for experienced skippers with a minimum of 7 days of rental, unless otherwise requested. Coastal equipped, you can easily explore in a week, the Gulf of Aigues Mortes with the Port of Sète and its welcoming tables, the vast expanses of the Camargue, the beautiful Collioure and the Spanish coves where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean... A liferaft can possibly be installed on board as an option with an extension of safety equipment for semi-offshore navigation. A sailing instructor for 22 years, I rent my sailboat to experienced Captains or offer day trips with a skipper. Ce Bénéteau First 30 est un voilier de course croisière, compromis idéal entre le confort de croisière, ses qualités marines lui ayant valu en 1978 le titre de bateau de l'année ! Ce voilier emblématique a marqué des générations de plaisanciers et fondé le succès du constructeur français et sera ensuite utilisé comme support du Tour de France à la Voile de 1978 à 1980. Ayant bénéficié d'un important refit en 2025 (re-motorisation, électricité neuve, gréement dormant courant, génois et grand-voile neuves, winch harken neufs, coque et pont en excellent état...) une expertise de fin avril 2024 concluait déjà à l'excellent état de navigabilité du bateau malgré son âge. Le changement de tous les cordages, la pose d'un frigo glacière, d'un guindeau électrique en juin 2025 viennent encore améliorer le confort en croisière de cet excellent marcheur. Equipé d'un génois sur enrouleur neuf, d'une grand voile semi-lattée , d'un lazy bag, d'une petite gazinière neuve, d'un casier thermos, wc marin... En option : annexe et moteur thermique. 2 cabines : une pointe avant pour 2 personnes et une cabine arrière simple à tribord avec également 2 banquettes de plus d' 1m80 chacune dans un carré assez spacieux du fait de la coque frégatée qui caractérise ce plan Mauric. Les locations sans skipper sont sur CV nautique et réservées exclusivement aux skippers expérimentés avec un minimum de 7 jours de location, sauf exception suivant demande. Armé en côtier, vous pourrez facilement découvrir en une semaine, le Golfe d'Aigues Mortes avec le Port de Sète et ses tables accueillantes, les grandes étendues de Camargue, la magnifique Collioure et les calanques espagnoles là où les Pyrénées se jettent dans la méditerranée... Une survie peut éventuellement être installée à bord sur option avec une extension de l'armement de sécurité à la navigation semi-hauturière Moniteur de voile depuis 22 ans, je loue mon voilier à des Chefs de Bord expérimentés ou propose des sorties à la journée avec skipper. Pour les Chefs de Bord en devenir et toutes celles et ceux qui souhaiteraient devenir autonome, je suis à votre disposition pour vous accueillir dans mon École de Croisière.
