Absolutely disappointing – never again!
Our experience was disastrous. The deposit was retained because we accidentally drove outside the permitted area – not intentionally, but because the GPS signal on our phone wasn't working and we had no idea where we were. No warning, no consideration, no goodwill. Instead, the deposit was immediately retained, regardless of the circumstances. This is not how you treat customers. Very poor communication, absolutely unfair, and not recommended!

Our rules are for the safety of our clients because if the boat loses signal we cannot find you with the geolocator. The rules and safety in our company and in the rest of the companies are there to be carried out. Nice boat, but the handover was a bit hectic as there were no English speaking staff. There was no sound system to be found, but our expectations for the day on the boat were met. The deposit was returned without any problems. In our experience, a reputable provider. We would do it again
