Cancellation Policy: Personalised
In case a client cancels the services of accommodation in a written for the company has the right to claim cancellation fee which cost are calculated in the following way:
- In case of cancellation up to 45 days before the day determined as the embarkation day, the company shall charge 30% f the stated price,
- In case of cancellation within 45 days before the day determined as the day of embarking, the company shall charge 100% of stated price
- In case of cancellation after embarking on the craft, the company shall keep the 100% of stated price and charge all costs that may arise due to cancellation.
- In case of cancellation reservation which are paid in 100% amount. The company will keep whole amount i.e 100%.
The company is not liable for any kind of damages in case of a change or cancellation that came out from force majeure or force of nature (war, riots, strikes, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, extraordinary sanitary conditions, interventions by competent authorities and similar).
