Hello, I am Yann

The boat is well maintained. However, I invite you to be extremely vigilant when entering and leaving the rental, particularly regarding the deposit. Yann and the co-owners of the boat allowed themselves to keep the deposit (1500e) for several weeks, even though the exit inventory was signed and there was no damage to report. After two weeks, Yann and his co-owners reported damage to the windlass and directly incriminated us, even though we were not responsible for it and the exit inventory stipulated that the boat had been returned without damage. Yann then told me that the boat had supposedly had to be immobilized for 3 days at great expense, all this to finally change a fuse (which takes 15 minutes), and threatened to reimburse me with the deposit. Faced with my refusal to reimburse him, he was insulting towards my teammates, myself and my legal assistance. I strongly advise against it.

Le bateau est bien entretenu. Par contre je vous invite à la plus grande vigilance sur l'entrée et la sortie de la location, particulièrement au niveau de la caution. Yann et les copropriétaires du bateau se sont permis de garder la caution (1500e) pendant plusieurs semaines, alors que l'état des lieux de sortie était signé et qu'il n'y avait aucun dommage à signaler. Après deux semaines, Yann et ses copropriétaires nous ont signalé une avarie sur le guindeau et nous ont directement incriminés, alors que nous n'y étions pour rien et que l'état des lieux de sortie stipulait un bateau rendu sans dommage. Yann m'a ensuite annoncé qu'il a soit disant fallu immobiliser le bateau pendant 3 jours à grands frais, tout ça pour finalement changer un fusible (ce qui prend 15min), et me menace de se rembourser avec la caution. Face à mon refus de le rembourser, il s'est montré insultant envers mes coéquipiers, moi-même et mon assistance juridique. Je déconseille fortement.

A very nice week aboard Belle, a very well equipped and maintained sailboat. Yann was very available throughout the cruise. We sailed as a family with children aged 5 and 9, and the boat is very easy to maneuver with a small crew. I highly recommend. Thank you again for this beautiful cruise.

Une très belle semaine à bord de Belle, un voilier très bien équipé et entretenu. Yann a été très disponible tout au long de la croisière. Nous avons navigué en famille avec des enfants de 5 et 9 ans, et le bateau est très facile à manœuvrer en équipage réduit. Je recommande fortement. Merci encore pour cette belle croisière.
