La première communication a été très agréable, et nous avons même bénéficié d'une petite réduction de 20 € car nous ne louions pas la journée entière. Son employé nous a très bien appris à piloter le bateau et nous a tout expliqué en détail. Le bateau était en excellent état et tout fonctionnait parfaitement.
Mais finalement, Giuseppe a voulu nous payer 15 € pour une glacière. Nous ne l'avions pas commandée et pensions qu'elle était incluse. Das war sehr unabgenehm und keiner schöner Ausklang des sonst wunderbaren Tages.
