Cancellation Policy: Personalised
• Si le locataire est contraint d'annuler sa location, il doit en aviser le loueur par écrit. Les frais retenus sont les suivants :
- plus de 12 semaines avant le départ : 15% du montant de la location (avec un min de 150€),
- de 6 à 12 semaines avant le départ : 40% du montant de la location (avec un minimum de 150 €)
- moins de 6 semaines avant le départ : 100% du montant du loyer.
Par le loueur :
• Au cas où par suite de circonstance indépendante de la volonté du loueur, ce dernier ne pourrait pas mettre à la disposition du locataire le bateau loué, il s'oblige à faire tout son possible pour procurer au locataire un bateau de confort et de capacité équivalents.
• En cas d'impossibilité dans le délai contractuel convenu, le loueur remboursera le loyer à l'exclusion de toute autre somme à quelque titre que ce soit, ainsi qu'à l'exclusion de tous dommages-intérêts.
