The skipper's fee was initially quoted and confirmed at €200 per day. We were charged €250. Furthermore, the boat we booked had a propeller problem, forcing us to turn back fifteen minutes after our departure—a waste of time. This could have been checked before we left. While we were upgraded to a slightly larger boat, it also consumed significantly more fuel, resulting in an unexpected additional cost. Finally, I would have appreciated it if another day had been recommended, given my flexible schedule (the weather was bad that day). We returned at 3:30 PM, even though the rental was supposed to last until 7:00 PM. The skipper offered no compensation whatsoever.

Il a été annoncé et confirmé 200€ la journée pour le skipper. 250€ nous a été réclamé. De plus, le bateau réservé avair un problème d helice, ce qui nous a obligé à faire demi tour un quart d heure après notre départ.... perte de temps...cela aurait pu être vérifié avant de partir... nous avons certes été surclassés sur un bateau un peu + grand de ce fait, mais qui consomme aussi beaucoup + generant un surcout non prévu. Enfin j aurais aimé qu un autre jour nous soit recommandé vu mon planning flexible(mauvais temps ce jour là). Nous sommes d ailleurs rentrés à 15h30, alors que la location est prévue jusqu à 19h. Aucun geste commercial du skipper.

We waited 45 minutes to board the boat. They were already giving our boat to other customers who had booked a Zodiac. When we were given the handover by the representative, he didn't explain anything, only informed us that the fuses were probably blown because the GPS screen wouldn't turn on! He let us leave like that. We had the app on our phone, so we weren't worried, but when we arrived at the Lavezzi Islands, we couldn't drop anchor because there was no connection. We had to call and finally, after half an hour, a technician came to our aid. He told us how to fix the entire system, including the radio and GPS! This should have been done by the person before we left. Just to get the reservation, we asked questions and received answers within the hour. However, after payment was made, we sent several emails for information and are still waiting for a reply. Completely unprofessional!

Attente de 3/4h a la prise du bateau, ils commençaient a donné notre bateau a d'autres clients, qui avaient pris un zodiac, Prise en main avec le représentant, il nous as pas expliqué, seulement nous a informé que les fusibles étaient surement mort car l'écran du GPS ne s allumait pas!!! il nous laisse partir comme ca, nous avions l'application sur notre téléphone, donc cela ne nous as pas inquiété, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivé aux Iles Lavezzi, impossible de descendre l ancre, car plus de connexion, obligé de téléphoner et finalement au bout 1/2h avoir un dépanneur qui nous as dit les manipulations a faire pour récupérer tout le système, ainsi que la radio et GPS!! ce qui aurait du être fait avant de partir par la personne. Juste pour avoir la réservation, on pose des questions, nous avons nos réponses dans l'heure qui suit, par contre lorsque le paiement est fait, nous avons envoyé plusieurs emails, pour des renseignements, on attends encore la réponse, Pas sérieux du tout!

We had a fantastic day departing from Figari. It took us about 45 minutes to spend the day at the Lavezzi Islands. The price was reasonable, and the boat was great! I highly recommend it, and the owner is very responsive.

on a passé une superbe journée en partant de figari nous avons mis environ 45minutes pour passer la journée dans les îles lavezzi, le prix était raisonnable, le bateau était super ! je recommande fortement et le propriétaire est très réactif
