The boat and the experience with le boat were good. On the other hand, the communication from SamBoat was poor. We booked a boat from Boofzheim and this was confirmed to us by SamBoat. Luckily, le boat called me 2 days before departure and during the conversation we discovered that the boat could not be picked up in Boofzheim, but in Hesse. This threw our entire vacation plan with a stay in Strasbourg into disarray and also extended our journey there and back by over an hour or 111 km.
For this reason, I would like a partial refund for the booking.
Das Boot und die Erfahrung mit le boat war gut. Hingegen war die Kommunikation seitens SamBoat miserabel. Wir haben ein Boot ab Boofzheim gebucht und dies wurde uns durch SamBoat auch so bestätigt. Zum Glück hat mich le boat 2 Tage vor Abreise angerufen und wir sind im Gespräch beiläufig darauf gestossen, dass das Boot nicht in Boofzheim in Empfang genommen werden kann, sondern in Hesse. Dies hat unsere gesamte Ferienplanung mit Aufenthalt in Strassbourg über den Haufen geworfen und ausserdem unsere Anreise/Rückreise je um über eine Stunde bzw. 111 km verlängert.
Aus diesem Grund wünsche ich eine teilweise Rückvergütung der Buchung.
