The Outremer 51s are the worthy successors to the Outremer Dawson 49s, completely redesigned and modernized while retaining the brand's historic spirit. They are therefore light, very stable, fast, and seaworthy boats. On board, you'll find free, unlimited Wi-Fi via Starlink, numerous USB ports for charging electronic devices, and a 220V power supply. The boat is completely energy-sufficient thanks to four large solar panels, storage batteries, and a watermaker for producing drinking water. The boat is equipped with a 2024 B&G ZEUS 3S navigation system, with twice the safety and navigation equipment. The sails are equipped with a 90m² square-head mainsail, a 40m² self-tacking Solent, a 75m² Code 0 sail, and a 128m² Code D (Genn Acker). This catamaran is equipped with centerboards, allowing it to sail upwind quickly and at a good angle. For the engines, we have two 40hp Volvo engines with sail drives and folding propellers. There is a 3.4m Highfield tender with a 15hp 4-stroke engine, which can accommodate up to 5 people at a time. On board, we have a paddleboard and an inflatable canoe, as well as fins and snorkels.
