In general, Barcando was good. The technical support was quick and straightforward in repairing the water pump and we were able to have it repaired in a port within 24 hours. The handover of the ship was very simple and there was no checklist. The acceptance, however, was more meticulous, especially the inspection of the tanks and toilets. Registration/check-in only took place after a 1 3/4 hour wait and would have been completed in 10 minutes and without 16 signatures with the documents that had been filled out and sent in advance. This urgently needs to be optimized! There is nothing more annoying than a long wait at check-in. All in all, the trip was quite nice and the ship was OK. Only the strong toilet smell below deck in the cabins could be avoided by better care and cleaning of the bilge under the toilets.
