Communication wasn't particularly good: when we asked for more information, we were told we would be contacted (which didn't happen), our WhatsApp message wasn't answered, and when we called in English, we were told to leave a message. More information was only provided when an Italian-speaking person called. Everything went well at the dock. We had to fill up in San Vito (as we had been informed beforehand), and when we returned, we were charged a much too high amount for the fuel, which is why we complained and had to pay €6 less. We don't know why we were charged such a high amount of €36 when we paid €16 for 8 liters in San Vito, and the tank holds 24 liters, and we found it outrageous. Furthermore, the rental agreement stated a different amount, almost €40 less than what we paid on the website. In short: poor communication and a lack of transparency regarding prices. The boat was great, clean, comfortable, new, and safe.
Die Kommunikation war nicht wirklich gut: auf Nachfrage nach mehr Information wurde geschrieben, man würde kontaktiert werden (was nicht passiert ist), auf die (Contact information hidden)-Nachricht wurde nicht geantwortet und beim Telefonat auf Englisch wurde gesagt, man solle eine Nachricht schreiben. Erst als eine Italienischsprachige Person anrief, wurden mehr Informationen gegeben. Am Steg verlief alles gut. Wir mussten (wie uns vorher informiert wurde) in San Vito tanken und als wir zurück kamen wurde und eine viel zu hohe Summe an Benzin vermittelt, weswegen wir uns beschwerten und 6€ weniger zahlen mussten. Warum so eine hohe Summe von 36€ aufkam, wenn wir für 8L 16€ in San Vito gezahlt haben, der Tank 24L umfasst, wissen wir nicht und fanden es unverschämt. Außerdem stand auf dem Mietvertrag eine andere Summe knapp 40€ weniger, als wir über die Website gezahlt haben. Kurz gefasst: schlechte Kommunikation und keine Transparenz bei den Preisen. Das Boot war an toll, sauber, angenehm, neu u. sicher.
