On the whole a good experience. Despite a few initial problems with cleanliness of the interior of the boat at hand-over and aback-flow problem in the main heads the boat was good. Once the staff had been made aware of these issues they were very quick and happy to rectify. So full marks to all the staff who we found to be extremely helpful.
