Disappointing! -We booked for the 31st. He confirmed and then asked us via WhatsApp to change the date because there was no boat available. -Upon our arrival on the agreed-upon day, the gentleman was rude and rushed because he wanted to explain everything to all the charter companies present at once. -He asked us for €20 in cash for the contract he was fulfilling. This wasn't specified in the ad! -We rented for 4 hours and thought we could go wherever we wanted. However, we had to choose only one side, otherwise we'd have to pay extra for fuel (the ad stated fuel was included). -He called us during the morning because he noticed we were doing both coasts and warned us that we'd have to pay €50 in cash upon arrival. There were several of us waiting for our boat at the departure point, and we all had the same unpleasant feeling about the person and the extra charges requested on site...

Il valide et nous demande ensuite via (Contact information hidden) de changer la date car pas de bateau disponible. - à notre arrivée le jour convenu ensemble, le monsieur se montre désagréable et pressé car il veut expliquer en même temps à tous les loueurs présents. -Il nous demande 20€ en cash pour le contrat qu’il remplit. Ce n’était pas spécifié dans l’annonce ! -nous avons loué pour 4h et pensions pouvoir aller où nous voulions. Or il faut choisir un seul côté sinon il faut repayer en plus pour le carburant. ( l’annonce mentionnait carburant inclus). - Il nous appelle pendant la matinée car il a remarqué que nous faisions les 2 côtes et nous prévient que nous devrions payer 50€ en cash à l’arrivée. Nous sommes plusieurs à attendre notre bateau au départ et avons tous la même sensation désagréable quant au personnage et les suppléments demandés sur place…
