Expérience décevante avec canalous : bateau avec quelques soucis ( problèmes d’infiltration dans une chambre, cordes non accrochées sur un des côtés du bateau, bouchon du réservoir d’eau non accroché ( et du coup perdu au premier plein d’eau). Ce sont de petits détails mais problématiques et que nous n’avions pas rencontré lors de précédentes locations (dans d’autres agences) .
Embarquement et débarquement encadrés par une équipe en sous effectif et toute nouvelle n’ayant pas été formée et clairement dépassée par les demandes et les attentes des clients.
