Cancellations made 59 days or less of the booking will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking amount.

Force Majeure: The company is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the itinerary caused by weather
conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Safety: All guests must adhere to safety instructions provided by the crew at all times. Alcohol & Behavior: Excessive alcohol
consumption or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. The captain reserves the right to terminate the charter if necessary. Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or equipment during
the charter. Additional Requests: All additional requests for services (e.g., activities, special meals) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
